Film: an innovative propulsion system reducing climate footprint

A highly efficient propulsion system is key in reducing carbon emissions from our Vinga vessels by 55%. We designed the system in cooperation with Wärtsilä, combining many innovative and energy-saving features: a highly efficient rudder, a ducted propeller running at variable speed thanks to floating frequency, dual fuel-engine, selective catalytic reduction etc.
